Ingredients:
100% pure, unrefined organic flax oil with flax seed particulate
Alpha linolenic acid (omega-3) 6.2g
Oleic acid (omega-9) 2g
Linoleic acid (omega-6) 2g

Suggested Use:
Mix 1 part Flax Oil w/4 parts low fat cottage cheese or non-fat yogurt. Add to your favorite recipes for salad dressing, sauces, spreads, etc. Best to use within 6 weeks of opening. Freezing extends self life up to 1 year.
